As early as you can, especially for weekends, summer and wedding season. Booking early secures the items you want. If your date is flexible, tell us and we will find the best option.

Yes. Every price shown includes GST, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.

Usually yes. Adding items is easy if they are still available. For reductions, let us know as early as possible so we can adjust your quote and free up the stock.

A minimum order value applies for delivered hires. Smaller orders are welcome for collection. Send your list and we will let you know where you land.

These terms apply to every booking with Party at Yours. Placing an order means you accept them.

About these terms

These terms apply to all equipment hired from us. By confirming a booking, paying a deposit or accepting delivery, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and anyone attending your event.

Equipment remains our property at all times. Hiring gives you the right to use it for the agreed period, nothing more. It may not be sublet, sold or moved to another site without our written agreement.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes are based on the items, date and location you give us and are valid for 14 days unless we say otherwise. A quote is not a booking.

Your booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit and send you written confirmation. Until then, stock is not held and availability can change.

Please check your confirmation carefully. Tell us straight away if anything is wrong, particularly the date, address and item quantities.

Hire period

Standard hire covers your event day, with delivery beforehand and collection afterwards. Longer periods, including weekends and multi day events, are available and quoted at the time of booking.

The hire period starts when equipment is delivered or collected by you, and ends when it is back in our possession. Equipment kept beyond the agreed period may be charged at the daily hire rate until it is returned.

Delivery and collection

We deliver across Greater Sydney. We will agree a delivery and collection window with you before your event and will keep you posted on the day.

Someone aged 18 or over should be on site to receive the delivery, show us where items go and check them in. If nobody is available, we can leave equipment in an agreed location, but from that point it is your responsibility.

Equipment must be ready for collection at the agreed time: packed as delivered, in the same place, and clear of obstructions. A return visit caused by equipment not being ready may be charged.
